Volunteers are trained to be lay ministers in the Pastoral Care Team for St. Paul Catholic Center.  These ministers embrace the call of Jesus Christ to go out and serve the sick, the elderly, the dying, and the bereaved Catholics in our community.  They take the Eucharist into the homes of the sick, the nursing homes, retirement centers, and the hospitals in Bloomington.  They extend the love of God and the love of their faith community at St. Paul Catholic Center by writing care notes, cooking meals, providing rides, or being the presence of Christ support for those who are in need.
