Let us take this month of April, Autism Awareness Month, to challenge ourselves to learn more about the ways in which we can accommodate the needs of those in our community who experience autism so that they may participate more fully, and to seek out and celebrate the richness of the gifts they have to offer. This month let us pray for our parish families, that our communities will model the welcoming and inclusive ministry of Jesus, seeking always to see the image of God in every person. Meets during the 10:30am Mass on Sunday. Children leave prior to the First Reading of the Liturgy of the Word and return to Mass during the Offertory. Children 3yrs old to 4th grade are welcome. Registration is not required. Parents are welcome and encouraged to become leaders for this ministry, they would only lead about once a month and would still return in time for Eucharist.
