Let us take this month of April, Autism Awareness Month, to challenge ourselves to learn more about the ways in which we can accommodate the needs of those in our community who experience autism so that they may participate more fully, and to seek out and celebrate the richness of the gifts they have to offer. This month let us pray for our parish families, that our communities will model the welcoming and inclusive ministry of Jesus, seeking always to see the image of God in every person. Bree Haler was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. She is one of 3 children, an older brother, Noah and identical twin sister, Abby. Bree graduated from Indiana University in 2009 and fell in love with her faith as a student member of St.Paul. Bree recently completed her Masters in Theology through the University of Notre Dame's Echo program, a Faith Formation Leadership program. She is thrilled to be the Youth Minister at St. Paul's and happy to be back home again in Indiana! Go Hoosiers! |
