Children’s Liturgy of the Word
Children’s Liturgy of the Word is offered during the 10:30 a.m. Mass on any Sunday IU is in session. Any child between three and seven years of age may participate. There is no registration and no fee for this program, which is open to anyone attending the 10:30 a.m. Mass.
Families Growing in Faith
Families Growing in Faith, or FGF, offers a parent-led faith formation program for families with children in grades one through eight. Monthly sessions with the whole family convene one Friday evening a month from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. for eight sessions, starting with a group dinner.
The program is designed around a three-year rotation: the Catholic Church calendar, the Sacraments, and Peace and Justice. Fees: one child: $45 and $20 for each additional child, due by Oct. 30.
Faith Formation Catechesis
Weekly FFC sessions are held on Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 10:25 a.m. between the morning masses when IU is in session. The majority of classes are taught by IU students, and parent teachers are always welcome. Fees: one child: $45 and $20 for each additional child, due by Oct. 30.
